General Information About Your Online Shop Order
Registration
Before placing your first order, you can create your own account at Werder Bremen. To do this, please click on the "New here" button, which you will find in the top right corner of our website. A new window will then open where you select the 1st option ("WERDER.DE / WERDER.TV FREE..."). To register, tick the "Sign up" field by clicking on it, then click the "continue" button at the bottom right. Here you enter your user and personal data and click the "Save and Continue" button. These login details also apply to the other services offered by Werder Bremen (WERDER.DE/WERDER.TV FREE/TICKETING). After successful registration, you can browse through the online shop and conveniently order the items you want. Alternatively, the data can also be entered at the end of the order. This means you first fill the shopping cart and then click on the "checkout" button. You have the option to order as a guest or to log in with your existing login details. Ordering as a guest is intended for one-time orders. This means your data will not be saved and must be re-entered for each subsequent order. If you have already received login details from Werder Bremen through a previous order in the online shop or use of one of Werder Bremen's other services, you can log in with these login details in the right-hand area of the window.
Finding/Selecting Items
In the navigation bar you will find the "Search" field on the right edge. Here you can enter the item number or description if you are looking for a specific product. Otherwise, the navigation area makes product selection easier. Every item from Werder Bremen is assigned to a specific category and has its own page where, among other things, the product description, price and availability are displayed.
Adding Items to the Shopping Cart
Once you have decided on an item, select the size and quantity and click on the "Add to my cart" button. All selected items will be displayed here once again.
Removing Items from the Shopping Cart
Click on the X in the "Delete" column on the right side of the shopping cart to remove an item from the cart. The item will then no longer be listed.
What is the Wish List?
You can add items to your wish list if you are not yet sure whether you want to buy them. To do this, click on the item and then the "Add to my wish list" button (this is located on the right side below the large "add to my cart" button). From the wish list, you can later add all or individual items to the shopping cart.
Completing Your Order
Have you found everything?
To complete your order, click on the "proceed to checkout" button in the shopping cart.
You can then log in, register or order as a guest and follow the further steps.

How can I change my password?
After logging in, go to "My Profile". Here you can see your entered data. In the "My Data" section, you can change both your password and your personal data. Finally, please click on the "save" button to apply the new data.
I forgot my password. What can I do?
Click on the "person" icon in the top right area of the homepage. There you will find the "Forgot password" link. On the following page, you can have a new password sent to you by email.
Orders
How do I know that my order has been received?
Click on the "Buy now" button to complete your order. When the page "We have received your order. Thank you for your order!" appears, the order process is complete.
After submitting your order, an order confirmation will be automatically sent by email to the address you provided.
If you do not receive this, please check your email address and/or spam filter. If you continue to have problems, please feel free to contact our hotline at 0421 / 43 45 90.
What are the shipping costs?

Can I add items to my order afterwards?
Unfortunately, this is not possible as the order immediately goes into processing status upon receipt.

Are there discounts in the online shop?

Delivery / Returns
How long does delivery take?
Delivery normally takes approx. 2-5 working days* (unless otherwise stated on the item) within Germany. Deliveries abroad may take longer depending on the destination country.
Jersey orders may take 5-10 working days* (player printing) or 10-14 working days* (individual printing) delivery time due to the printing process.

Can I return the ordered goods?
Yes, you can return your goods. Please note the information found in the Returns section.
What does "neutral packaging" mean?
We ship your order in completely neutral packaging.
Shipping is done in a brown box without "Werder Bremen" packing tape. The sender is also neutral and does not reveal that you ordered from werder.de/shop .
Pick-up at the Werder Fan-Welt
Please proceed as follows
We also offer you the option to pick up your order at the WERDER Fan-Welt in the East Stand of the Weserstadion (Franz-Böhmert-Straße 5a, 28205 Bremen).
The pick-up process
- Your order will be kept for 7 working days at the WERDER Fan-Welt at Weserstadion after receiving the email with the pick-up date and will then be automatically cancelled
- For pick-up you need your order confirmation (printed or digital) and your valid ID card or passport
- Can't make it to the WERDER Fan-Welt after all? Then simply issue a written authorization to a family member or friend
Please also note the following information
- For orders containing jerseys with player OR individual printing, the processing time for the printing process must be taken into account
- You pay for your goods in advance, of course without shipping costs
- Pick-up on match days is also possible.
We recommend that you pick up your order after the match, as some of our items are not allowed into the Weserstadion according to stadium regulations. In addition, your order can only be picked up in full. It is therefore not possible to split it, for example to pick up the ordered scarf before the match, but the ordered mug only after the match

COVID-19 - THE MOST IMPORTANT HYGIENE TIPS
- Sneeze or cough into your elbow or a tissue
- Wear a face mask (scarf/cloth/simple face mask) and keep your hands away from your face
- Keep sufficient distance from all people. Not every infected person shows visible symptoms such as coughing, sniffles or fever
- Avoid touching (e.g. handshakes, high-fives or hugs) – especially after blowing your nose, sneezing or coughing. Also use the disinfectant dispensers to disinfect your hands
- Maximum 10 people at the same time in the WERDER Fan-Welt, i.e. maximum 10 people in total, otherwise please wait outside.
Each person must use a shopping basket. Only touch the goods that you actually want to buy - Please use cashless payment if possible. This reduces contact to a minimum
